Compartamos: improving eating habits
Compartamos seeks to support the group by offering nutrition and cooking workshops where they receive advice on how to eat healthier and so that through food the family and physical and emotional health is strengthened.

After their stay in their treatment, they can join their daily activities with this pantry.

To prevent disease, you have to eat healthy.

Graphical and simple recipes with very useful tips.

They learn new recipes to incorporate into their menu.
Compartamos has been benefited thanks to the fact that in 2015, 2016 and 2017 it was a winning project of the co-investment program INDEXO and SEDIS, so we have been able to deliver 2,000 recipe books and reach the figure of more than 8,000 delivered pantries and more than 200 workshops.
